The Role

Lead the first conversation. Set the stage for the rest.

You'll follow up with contractors who've already shown interest through our Facebook ads — leading real conversations to understand their business, uncover their challenges, and book qualified strategy sessions with our advisors.

You're not here to hard close. You're here to lead with curiosity and care so every prospect feels heard and clear on their next step. The more leads you qualify and appointments you set, the bigger your impact — and your income.

  • Engage warm leads and have meaningful conversations about their business
  • Qualify prospects against our criteria
  • Book and confirm strategy sessions for our advisor team
  • Keep your pipeline organized and up to date in our CRM
  • Hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Share feedback on lead quality to sharpen our process
