Careers · We're Hiring
We're a fast-growing team on a mission to help every residential contractor in North America own their own lead generation — and we're hiring the people who'll help us get there.
Why we exist
Every year, residential contractors across North America hand over millions of dollars to marketing agencies — and the majority of them end up burned by the experience. The leads are low quality, the retainers never stop, and the moment a contractor tries to walk away, the leads disappear with the agency that was supposedly delivering them.
We exist to end that cycle. Our mission is to give every residential contractor the system, the training, and the confidence to own their own lead generation — for life. No retainers, no middlemen, no agency standing between them and the customers they're trying to reach. Just contractors running their own marketing, the way it should have been from the start.
What we stand for
These aren't posters on the wall. They're the lens we hire through, the standard we hold each other to, and the reason clients trust us with their businesses. If they sound like the way you already operate, we should probably talk.
"Be the kind of person others are proud to stand next to."
Character is the foundation everything else gets built on. We deliver on our commitments, we own our mistakes the moment we notice them, and we do the right thing whether or not anyone is watching. It's the minimum bar to walk through the door — and we protect it carefully.
"There is no parking on Success Avenue. No one is above the work. No one has 'made it.' You prove it today, and then you prove it again tomorrow."
Your seat at this company is something you earn this week, not something you earned three years ago. That's not pressure for pressure's sake — it's the standard required to do the work we're doing at the level our clients deserve. The bar moves forward every week, and we move with it.
"We are building a company that people are better for having been a part of — as a client, as a lead, as a teammate."
Every person who interacts with us — clients, prospects, teammates, people we'll never see again — should walk away further along than when they found us. Sometimes that means hard conversations and real accountability. We have them anyway, because being useful matters more than being comfortable.
Where we're going
We didn't start this company to build a small one. The opportunity in the residential contractor industry is enormous, and the people we're hiring today are the people who get to define what we build into it.
We're not optimizing for the next quarter, the next funding round, or the next exit. We're building the kind of company that, ten years from now, has actually changed the industry it set out to change — and we hire and operate accordingly.
The residential contractor space is one of the largest, most underserved industries in North America, and the players currently serving it haven't earned the right to keep doing it. The room we have to grow into is essentially uncapped.
The team we're building right now is the team that's going to set the standard for everything that comes next — culturally, operationally, and financially. If you take a seat in this chapter, you'll have an outsized hand in shaping what gets built from here.
This is the beginning, not the middle. The work is real, the standards are high, and the runway in front of us is massive. If you join us in this chapter, you're not joining a job — you're joining the team that gets to write the rest of the story.
What it's like here
Most careers pages oversell the culture — every workplace becomes a family, every team is collaborative, every job is meaningful. We'd rather tell you how it actually works here, so you can decide whether it's the kind of place you want to spend the next chapter of your career.
We're a fully remote team spread across multiple time zones, which gives us flexibility — but remote isn't a synonym for casual around here. We trust you to deliver, and we expect you to. Async when it works, live when it matters, and always with a sense of urgency that comes from the mission, not from a clock.
We tell each other the truth — kindly, but clearly. If you're someone who wants to be coddled, this won't feel like home. If you're someone who wants to get sharply better at your craft, you'll thrive here. Feedback is treated as a gift, and we give it generously and receive it the same way.
We've built a company where what you actually do speaks louder than how long you've been here or what your title says. Tenure doesn't earn you anything, titles don't earn you anything. Results, ownership, and the way you show up are the only currencies that matter — and they're available to everyone.
Every decision we make eventually routes back to one question: does it help more contractors own their own lead generation? If yes, we do it. If no, we don't — even when it would have been easier or more profitable to say otherwise. The mission is the boss, and it never gets overruled.
How we invest in you
The single biggest reason talented people leave good companies is that they stop growing. We've built this company on the opposite assumption — that the best way to keep a team like ours together is to invest heavily in the people on it, and to make sure the ceiling above them keeps moving up as fast as they can climb.
Most companies train you in the first week and then leave you to figure out the rest. We do the opposite. From the day you start, you'll get deep, structured training in our methodology and our systems — and the development continues from there, week after week and year after year. The world keeps changing, the contractors we serve deserve a team that's keeping up, and our goal is for you to walk out twelve months from now as one of the most skilled people in your field.
We're explicit about our desire to build the next generation of leaders from within this company. Every leader on our team today came up through the work itself, and we've structured the organization so that path stays wide open for everyone behind them. If you want a genuine, named, supported route from where you are to where you want to go, that's exactly what we're committed to giving you.
We hire for character first and skill second, because skills can be built and character cannot. When we bring you on, we're committing to invest in your growth for the long term — through coaching, resources, and the kind of feedback that actually changes how you operate. The expectation is that you'll do the same for the people who come up behind you.
Now Hiring
Each role has its own dedicated page with the full breakdown — what you'll be doing day-to-day, who you'll work with, and how to apply.
You're the first conversation a contractor has with us. You qualify the fit, you make them feel genuinely heard, and you book the call that often ends up changing their business. It's a high-volume role with high ownership and a comp structure built to reward the people who execute.
View Role →How we hire
We respect your time enough not to string you along, and we expect you to do the same. Here's exactly how the process runs from the moment you apply to the moment you hear back.
Click into the role you want, fill out the application, and tell us why you — not why the job. We read every word, and we're looking for evidence of the values long before we're looking for evidence on a resume.
If your application stands out, we'll set up two conversations — one focused on fit and values, one focused on how you actually do the work. No riddles, no trick questions, just real talk about how you operate and where you're trying to go.
You'll hear from us within a week of the final conversation — yes or no, with a real reason either way. If it's a yes, we move quickly. If it's a no, you'll know exactly why, and we'll point you toward the kind of opportunity that would actually fit.
Pick the role that fits, tell us your story, and we'll take it from there. The faster you move, the faster we move.
"Be the kind of person others are proud to stand next to."
Character is the foundation that everything else gets built on. If we can't trust each other to do what we say we're going to do, then no skill, no strategy, and no system can make up for the gap. Being honest, owning our mistakes the moment we notice them, and doing the right thing whether or not anyone is watching aren't aspirations here — they're the minimum bar to walk through the door.
We hire for it, we protect it, and we don't compromise on it for talent, results, or any other reason. The moment we start trading character for short-term wins is the moment this company becomes something we no longer want to be part of.
It shows up in the small things, every single day. We send the message when we said we'd send it. We tell a client the truth even when the truth is uncomfortable. We flag our own mistakes before someone else has to find them. We don't oversell, we don't under-deliver, and we don't reach for someone else to blame when something goes wrong.
Trust is a currency that takes years to earn and seconds to lose, and we treat every interaction — internal or external — like it counts. Because it does.
"There is no parking on Success Avenue. No one is above the work. No one has 'made it.' You prove it today, and then you prove it again tomorrow."
Most companies hire people, give them a title, and quietly let them coast on the strength of whatever they did when they first joined. We don't operate that way. We believe your seat at this company is something you earn this week, not something you earned three years ago at your interview.
This isn't pressure for pressure's sake — it's the standard required to do the work we're doing, at the level our clients deserve. The contractors who trust us with their businesses are betting everything on us, and we owe it to them to bring our best version, not our average one, every single day.
It shows up in how we run our weeks. We don't rest on past wins. We don't get defensive when feedback comes in. We look at what we did last week and ask the harder question — could this have been done better? Sometimes the answer is yes, and we make the change. Sometimes the answer is "we just have to execute harder," and we do.
Either way, the standard is moving forward — never standing still. That's what makes this place feel different from the inside, and it's the thing we protect more carefully than anything else.
"We are building a company that people are better for having been a part of — as a client, as a lead, as a teammate."
Every person who interacts with us — whether they end up buying from us, working with us, working alongside us, or just having a single conversation with us — should walk away further along than when they found us. Not necessarily because we sold them something or signed them up for something, but because the encounter itself produced real value in their life.
That's the standard we hold ourselves to, and it changes how we show up in every part of the business — on sales calls, in client work, in internal meetings, and in the ordinary moments with people we'll never see again.
It shows up in how we coach our clients, how we mentor our teammates, and how we treat the people who aren't a fit for what we offer. We tell people the truth, and we help them however we can — even when it doesn't help us — because being useful matters more than moving on to the next conversation. Even when there's nothing for us to sell somebody, we make sure they walk away further along than when they found us.
We have a heart of service, and we believe in serving every person we touch at the highest level we're capable of. Our standard is that people walk away from an interaction with our company genuinely blown away — and then keep paying that forward, because the people we leave better are the people who, eventually, build something extraordinary alongside us.
It's the value that connects everything else we do, and it's the one most likely to show up in how someone describes us five years from now.
